Assistant Biomedical Engineer

Bio

I am an Assistant Biomedical Engineer at the Biomedical Science Research and Training Centre (BioRTC). I have developed extensive practical experience in biomedical equipment, laboratory systems, and technical support for research environments.

I also received professional training at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, in Modern Approach in Biomedical Equipment Maintenance and Management. My interest in engineering and technical work began at a young age and has evolved into a professional focus on biomedical technology, laboratory innovation, and practical problem-solving.

At BioRTC, I am responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of biomedical and laboratory equipment used in research and training activities. I also contribute to technical design and fabrication projects, including the use of 3D printing technologies to develop tools and components that enhance laboratory efficiency and functionality.

My work focuses on optimising laboratory operations, supporting scientific research, and developing practical engineering solutions for biomedical laboratories and hospitals. I am committed to continuous learning and delivering innovative solutions that strengthen biomedical research and healthcare systems.
