BioRTC Workshop on
Bioimaging, Open Hardware For Principal Investigators
Biomedical Science Research and Training Centre (BioRTC), Yobe State University, Nigeria.
25th to 26th of July 2022
Biomedical Science Research and Training Centre (BioRTC) would like to invite all Nigerian principal investigators to join us in the first BioRTC Workshop on Bio Imagining and Open Hardware. In this workshop we will present the Bioimaging Network Hub project and BioRTC facilities.
BioRTC aims to facilitate research and training of African scientists using our state-of-the-art laboratory infrastructure that will enable and contribute to solving local and global biomedical science problems. BioRTC aims to serve as a core facility to enable researchers in biomedical sciences to address their scientific questions using cutting-edge techniques. We are inviting Nigerian senior academics or principal investigators that supervise MSc and Ph.D. students to apply for this workshop to learn about how Bioimaging and Open hardware can help their students/groups address scientific questions. This workshop will also enable them to learn about modalities of accessing the BioRTC core facility and collaboration opportunities.
We will only accept applications from senior academics who supervise MSc or PhD students in Nigerian institutions.
