Congratulations to Muktar Lawan and Medina Sani, Research Assistants at BioRTC, on being awarded the i4all Grant to attend advanced microscopy training.

Muktar will be heading to the United Kingdom, while Medina will attend a specialised course in Czechia—both opportunities designed to deepen technical expertise in cutting-edge imaging techniques.

This milestone reflects BioRTC’s continued investment in human capital development and its commitment to strengthening its Bio-Imaging Unit, currently the only open-access facility in the region equipped with two confocal microscopes.

By supporting the continuous training of our staff, BioRTC is not only building internal capacity but also positioning itself as a reference centre for advanced imaging and microscopy in Nigeria.
